How long does it take to make a smoothie?

It takes approx. 1 minute to blend and serve a smoothie.  A single bike can make a maximum of 50 smoothies per hour.

 

Where do we travel to?

We travel throughout the UK (see here) and into Europe.

 

Do people pay for the smoothies at the event?

The smoothies are included in the cost of your package and we give them away for free at the event.

 

How much floor space does the activity take up?

1 Bike Package requires 2m x 2m.

2 Bike Package / Smoothie Bike Challenge requires 3m x 3m.

Smoothie Bike Bar requires 5m x 5m.

 

Do we offer branding?

We offer branding for our serving bars, leaderboards, cups & t-shirts.

 

Who are our staff?

The Smoothie Bike Company employ happy, approachable people with excellent social skills; our staff will be committed to making your event a success.

 

Do you have to be particularly fit or strong to have a go?

Our smoothie bikes are not hard to pedal, people of all ages and most abilities will have no trouble at all.

 

Do our smoothies contain additives or colourants?

Our smoothies contain only fruit.  We use premium Grade A IQF fruit.  There is no added sugar.

 

Are the bikes for children or adults?

Our smoothie bikes fit children from age 5 and adults of all ages.

 

Do we need electricity or water provided at the event?

We do not need electricity or water provided at the event.

 

How much fruit is in each smoothie?

Our 12oz drinks contain 120g to 150g of fruit.

Our 7oz drinks contain 60g to 75g of fruit.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or cheque.

 

What is your returns policy on purchases?

We offer a 30 day money back guarrantee for all stock products if they are returned in a like-new condition.  The cost of shipping is non-refundable.  Please ship your return using the original box and packaging.  For items returned after 30 days, we approve returns on a case-by-case basis after review of your account.
